Remembering The Forgotten War

Some say the Korean War is the forgotten war.   I believe it is the war that is buried in the hearts and souls of the men who fought there and the civilians who survived.  More than 1.7 million American Service members served in-theater during the Korean War.  The United States led a coalition of twenty nations.  A total of 36,574 American troops died in the war and another 103,284 were wounded.  Approximately one million South Korean civilians were killed, wounded or missing. Yet few Americans know about the war, the suffering, the bravery.

Come and join Pega Crimbchin who, as a young girl of 18 years old, survived while many around her died.  Come hear of the courage of the people around her and the miracles that led her from a Korean War peasant to a proud American.
